Additionally, once you complete a specific certification, you gain lifetime access to those course materials. 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training: Open to everyone! No prior certifications or experience are required.
300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training: For this advanced training, you’ll need to have completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training program. This course builds on foundational knowledge to help you evolve as a teacher.
Alchemical Astrology, Decoding the Tarot, Breathwork, Meditation, and Chakra Courses: No prerequisites required. These courses are designed for anyone eager to deepen their knowledge and skills in these spiritual practices, whether you're just starting out or already have experience.
Spiritual Coaching Certification Course: This course brings it all together. It’s ideal for those who want to integrate the insights and skills from the other trainings into a cohesive coaching practice. Although there’s no formal prerequisite, a background in yoga, meditation, or spiritual studies will enrich your experience.
All you need to get started is access to a webcam or video-capable device (smart phone), a reliable internet connection, and a willingness to explore, grow, and embrace new insights. With full support, immediate access, and no timelines, this pass is here to fit your schedule and goals!
Each certification program in the All-Access Pass is designed to be flexible, so you can work at your own pace and complete it on your own schedule. Here's a general timeline for each program:
200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training: Typically takes 3-4 months to complete.
300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training: Usually completed within 4-6 months.

When you complete The Kaivalya Yoga Method® Teacher Training at the 200, 300, or 500-hour levels, you earn a certification in The Kaivalya Yoga Method®—a mark of excellence that sets you apart in the yoga teaching world. This certification is more than a credential; it’s a testament to your commitment to quality, your mastery of essential techniques, and your ability to lead classes for a wide variety of students with skill and confidence.
You can also register with Yoga Alliance; although not required or essential.
Upon certification, you’ll be featured on our dedicated, searchable directory of certified teachers. This listing includes your bio, teaching schedule, and contact information, showcasing your achievements and making it easy for prospective students to find you.
Our certification program goes above and beyond the typical standards of a 500-hour teacher training.
The Kaivalya Yoga Method Academy, Alchemy of the Chakras, and Alchemical Astrology certifications are all registered with the Complementary Therapists Accredited Association (CTAA). This means that upon successful completion, you’ll receive a certification accredited by the CTAA, ensuring that your training meets high professional standards recognized by this respected organization. You can register with CTAA. Being CTAA-registered provides additional credibility and enhances your professional status, allowing you to connect with a broader community and potentially expand your practice.
Our courses are a blend of independent study and interactive support. You’ll progress through video and text materials at your own pace, completing video and written assignments as well as online tests. Each assignment is reviewed by our mentors, who provide detailed, individualized feedback to help you grow.
In addition, you’ll have full access to our online campus community, where you can connect with mentors, fellow students, and graduates. The community offers scheduled classes, workshops, and webinars to deepen your learning. For additional support, our team is available via email and chat.

For the best learning experience, we recommend that once you start a certification program, you follow the lessons and assignments in chronological order. Each module is carefully designed to build upon the previous one, helping you gradually deepen your understanding and skills. Working through the material step-by-step ensures you get the most out of each topic, preparing you to move confidently into the next. This approach also allows you to fully integrate the knowledge and practices in a way that supports lasting growth and development.
You will need to make sure you have the following:
1. A webcam, camcorder, or video capture capability on your smartphone or other device as you will need to submit videos to us as part of your coursework.
2. A decent internet connection to be able to access the course materials.
3. In the 500 hour yoga course, you will need to purchase two books in addition to the price of the program: Sacred Sound and Myths of the Asanas. More info regarding this will be provided within the program.
4. For the Tarot course you will need a tarot deck, we offer a recommendation within the course.
5. Proficiency with English is recommended, as all instruction is given in English.
Yes, you can use your iPad, tablet, or other mobile devices to complete this program.
Yes! Upon completing the 200, 300, or 500 hour program, you will be certified as a yoga teacher through The Kaivalya Yoga Method® and eligible to register with Yoga Alliance. This certification meets the standards required by Yoga Alliance, allowing you to join their global network and gain recognition as a certified yoga instructor. This program provides you the education beyond what is required by Yoga Alliance.
