Will the certificate be accepted at any studio, gym, or corporate private fitness setting?

Our teacher training is specifically designed to give you the complete skill set and confidence to work as a certified yoga teacher. After completing your teacher training, you’ll be certified by The Kaivalya Yoga Method academy and may register with Yoga Alliance, a global organization recognizing qualified instructors. Completing 200 hours is a basic requirement for most settings.

Will I receive a yoga teacher training certificate after completing this course?

As a registered yoga school, we offer yoga teacher training at different levels: 200, 300, and 500-hour teacher training. After successfully completing the program and demonstrating your skills, you’ll receive a yoga teacher training certificate from The Kaivalya Yoga Method Academy reflecting your status as a certified yoga teacher.

When does the course start and finish?

Our teacher training courses are designed to work with your schedule and at your own pace. The 200 hour program is designed to complete within six months. We structure our yoga teacher training to include live mentorship with instructors, interactive modules, and more to keep you motivated.

Can I take this course if I have already completed another 200 Hour Yoga Training course?

Yes! Many of our students with prior training find that our program deepens their personal practice and expands their teaching skills. We go beyond the basics, offering advanced techniques and insights to help you refine your asana flow and lead more impactful classes. You may also be ready for the 300 hour program.

Can I safely lead yoga classes after completing this program?

A 200-hour yoga teacher training course is the minimum requirement for teaching in most studios or other settings. This provides the foundation to safely and confidently teach yoga classes. Our coursework also focuses on how to better “teach” and to make adjustments for different needs and students.

How long do I have access to the course?

After you complete your yoga teacher training course, you still have lifetime access to it in case you want or need a refresher on any part of it. You can also access our active community of students and other professionals to discuss almost anything about working as a certified yoga teacher.

What if I am unhappy with the course?

Even though it’s virtual, we’ve designed our teacher training to be as satisfying and productive as if you were in the studio. We include mentorship and live interaction to ensure you’re getting the most out of it. If you’re unhappy, we have a strict 7-day exchange period for all courses with proof that you did the coursework and why it didn’t work for you.
