All Other Courses
We want you to be happy with your course enrollment, and we want you to give your best effort to apply all of the techniques and lessons in the course(s). We have a strict 7-day exchange or store credit period for course purchases (Exchange policy for online teacher training is different as stated above).
Exchanges are NOT given for gift certificates, special offers, monthly membership payments or private coaching. (See exchange policy for Online Teacher Training above, as this policy does not apply to Teacher Training Courses)
Please note: to qualify for an exchange or store credit, you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and why it did not work for you. We do not offer exchanges for any other reason. If you selected a payment plan option for your purchase, we are not able to stop future payments under any circumstances as these are handled via third party (ShopPay). There are no exchanges or store credit for the HigherEducation.yoga membership.
In the event that you discover the course you initially selected does not work for you for a concrete reason, within 7 days of enrollment, contact support at support@alannak.com and request an exchange or store credit by the 7th day at 11:59pm EST. You must include evidence of all your coursework along with your request for an exchange. If you request an exchange and do not include your coursework by the 7th day, no exchange request will be granted.
Your request for an exchange or store credit must include ALL of the following items:
- Completion of all course materials (by pressing “complete & continue” when finished with video & written content)
- Completion of all included workbooks with thoughtful answers (workbooks are not found in all courses, but are present in all certification programs)
- Written log of your personal practice as directed by the course
- Written description of a concrete reason why the course did not work for you
We do NOT provide exchanges after 7 days following the date of initial enrollment. After day 7, all payments are non-exchangeable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.
Please note: Payment plans via ShopPay cannot be canceled or deferred at any time.
All exchanges or store credit are discretionary as determined by the team at alannak.com. To further clarify, we will not provide exchanges or store credit after the 7th day from your date of purchase and all payment plans via ShopPay must be made on a timely basis.
