This course is designed for anyone who is energetically sensitive and feels overwhelmed and exhausted after working with others or being in large groups. Whether you are a spiritual leader, coach, healer, yoga teacher, etc. so you are not drained at the end of session or just want to learn how to manage energy personally, this course is designed for you.
This course is designed for 4 weeks to include live sessions and weekly community interaction.
You simply need access to our Community, join Zoom and ability to watch the videos.
The live course will be held in the month of February 2026. The live calls will be held on Tuesdays at 8pm ET over Zoom from February 17 to March 10. All calls will be recorded and added to the course so you can watch over and over. (You do not need to be there live.)
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like – across any and all devices you own.
