No. This Continuing Education course is Module 5 in our 300/500 yoga teacher training and is not sufficient on its own for you to be certified. It can be a fantastic supplement to the 200-hour course if you are not ready to go all in with the 300-hour course. In return, you do not have to be a yoga teacher at all to enjoy this course! It is an incredible way to go deeper into your spiritual practice and learn more about yoga.
It really is up to you! This course offers 30 hours of continuing education and you can complete it in a few weeks. There is plenty of information in this course, so you are certainly able to spend more time with the material, and also gaining support via the online campus community. Remember, once you purchase the course, you have access to the course materials forever. Don’t worry if you fall a little behind.
