To sign up and join the worldwide group of yogis participating requires a $1 up-front commitment.

If you participate daily, and complete the course with us in 28 days, that’s all you pay for this comprehensive course! If, however, you slack off and slip behind, you pay full-price for the course at the end of 28 days! That’s the catch. You have to finish. This bootcamp holds you accountable for the total transformation yoga creates in your life!

During the 28 days of the challenge, you gain access to new material every week, and participate in the daily exercises on your own time. Our system keeps track of your daily logins and progress.

At the end of the 28 days, if you do not finish the course you will be charged the full price of the course: $296. If you do complete the course, and would like lifetime access to the course, you have the option to purchase it at that time for the course price. (If you complete the course and do not purchase, you lose access to the course after 28 days, once the challenge has been completed).

About Alanna

Alanna believes spirituality and yoga are for everyone and each student can develop the self-empowerment needed to embark on a personal journey to meaningful transformation. On this principle she founded The Kaivalya Yoga Method®, a fresh take on yoga emphasizing the individual path while honoring tradition. Teaching students since 2001, teachers since 2003, Alanna has written and developed teacher trainingsworldwide for top studios and independently. In 2015, she debuted a comprehensive 500hr-online teacher training with YogaDownload. She holds a Ph.D. in Mythological Studies with an Emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, has authored numerous articles and multiple books: Myths of the Asanas, an accessible practitioner’s guide to stories behind beloved poses; Sacred Sound, a yoga “hymnal,” illustrating the role of chant and mantra in modern practice. Her third book,Yoga Beyond the Mat, is a guidebook showing practitioners how to make yoga their spiritual practice. She lives in New York City with Roxy the Wonderdog.

After the challenge is complete, and you finished successfully, you will have the option to purchase the course for lifetime access. If you do not purchase lifetime access, your access will expire.

If you do not complete the challenge, at the end of 28 days, you will be charged the full course price, and you'll have lifetime access.

Indeed! I’m excited about this method of delivery because it allows us to go through the course together. On the first day of the course, you get access to Module #1, and then each week thereafter, you receive the next modules (you’ll get an email announcement when they’re ready). Once the next modules are unlocked, you have access to all the previous modules, too. No worries if you fall behind, or need to go at your own pace, this system allows you to do that, too.

The challenge begins January 6th and ends 28 days later.
